No one wants to watch basketball games on an empty stomach. This spicy black bean dip is a great option, along with your favorite chips. If you need a great source of both fiber and protein in your diet, look no further than the humble bean. Beans are increasingly shown to assist with weight loss, maintain healthy blood sugar levels, and reduce cholesterol. Plus, beans are so versatile they can be used in everything from desserts to soups to delicious dips. This spicy black bean dip has as much kick as you care to give it.
