If you need a great source of both fiber and protein in your diet, look no further than the humble bean. Beans are increasingly shown to assist with weight loss, maintain healthy blood sugar levels, and reduce cholesterol. Plus, beans are so versatile they can be used in everything from desserts to soups to delicious dips. This spicy black bean dip has as much kick as you care to give it. I recommend using as many organic ingredients as possible for the best taste and nutrition. I love wrapping this dip with greens in a tortilla for lunch or serving as a quick dip when I have hungry guests.
